Getting started
To get started with a new 'MyServer' account, simply just email Sales@MarkAndrewSmith.com with your requirements
and we will set the server up for you, however you want it setting up for
free. You may then receive an
email back to this page giving you step by step instructions on how to set
up a secure VPN link to this secure virtual file server service.
Please Note: That if you are using the above logon software, it will
handle the VPN setup each time you want to use it so you may elect to skip
the manual VPN setup step.
Technical Help
We are building up a FAQ frequently asked questions
list for the MyServer secure virtual file server service. If a
question is asked more than 5 times, it will appear on this list. If

and we will resolve the issue.
