MyServer and Remote Desktop Connection You can connect to our MyServer virtual file server service and receive a full Windows XP desktop experience with Microsoft Office pre loaded. The main advantage of this outside of cost is flexibility, ease of use and of course simplicity of version control for all your users. All you users will be on the same software version. If you need your own bespoke Business software loading, we can do this for you. Simply pass us the install discs and license codes and the software will be scheduled in for installation. This may take place over night or at weekends depending on complexity. Using Microsofts free Remote Desktop Connection tool, you can connect from Linux, Mac OSX or any version of Windows. This software replaces Microsoft's Terminal Services and adds in more modern features like remote printing to USB printers and remote sound capabilities. It is also possible to attach USB devices using Remote Desktop Connection as extra drive letters and transfer data simply.
